What services do you offer?
Our wellness spa includes Sauna, Cold Plunge therapy, Red Light Therapy (Body & Face), Vibroacoustic Lounge, Zero Gravity Massage, and Vibration Plate. Our Health Optimization and Aesthetics clinic includes Peptide Therapy, Medical Weight Loss Treatment, and Injectables - Neurotoxins/Injectables.
Are consults required?
While our wellness spa does not require consults, our Aesthetics & Medical Weight Loss & Optimization do. You can choose virtual or in person.
What about cancellations or rescheduling?
Please notify us at least 24–48 hours before your appointment depending on service. Cancellation fee policies apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit cards, and financing/medical credit options (e.g., Cherry) if available.
What services can I combine?
Our wellness spa services can be used as stand alone services OR group together for added benefits. Some of the more popular combos are Sauna + Cold Plunge, Sauna + Red Light Therapy, and Vibracoustic Lounge + Red Light Therapy.
Can I resume normal activities after treatment?
All of our wellness services come with no downtime. Most medical procedures allow same-day activities with minor restrictions (avoid heavy exercise, heat, or certain skincare for 24–48 hours depending on treatment).
Do you offer package pricing or memberships?
Yes—we offer memberships & service packages. Please ask about service packages, membership plans, and membership discounts.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For all medical services a Photo ID, list of medications, relevant medical history, and any prior treatment records or photos if available. For our wellness spa, you'll require a bathing suit for certain services. Other items will be provided by can certainly bring your own towels, slippers, etc.
